Related to Kikai (Kamikatetsu) ゆすり yusuri "sieve" (compare Japanese ゆすり【揺すり】 yusuri "shaking") as well as Yaeyama ゆらし yurashi and Yonaguni どぅらち durachi "sieve" (compare Japanese ゆらし【揺らし】 yurashi "shaking").
