Chinese: 【兩・两】 Cantonese leung5; Mandarin liǎng; Han-Vietnamese lưỡng and lạng "two; pair; couple; both") and 【方】 *fau~fan "side; way; method" (cf. Mandarin fāng, fēng, páng and wǎng; Min Nan hong; Cantonese fong1; Korean bang; Han-Vietnamese phương and vuôn "region; place; way; method").
