I have decided to release JLect's KanjiVG to animated SVG converter. If you're not familiar with KanjiVG (http://kanjivg.tagaini.net/ ), it's a project that provides SVG files with details about Japanese characters and their strokes. So JLect's Python converter takes those existing files and transforms them into animated SVGs.
You'll find the project at the following URL:
A good number of sample outputs can be found in the /examples/ folder, so feel free to take a look: https://github.com/ZacharyRead/kanjivg-2-animation/tree/master/examples
Should you ever use the converter, I'd love to know!
